ManpowerGroup Manager Engineering in Mesa, Arizona

Our client, a global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of components, assemblies, and systems for OEMs is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Complete Vehicle Group supporting product testing, innovation, quality and delivery.

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $110,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities

  • The Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, direction, and support for the engineering and product testing activities necessary to support customer’s long-term goals as well as short-term performance objectives.

  • Drive the engineering team to meet or exceed program objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Morale and Cost across products).

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the Process and Test Engineering teams.

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Requirements

  • US Citizen

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role

  • 5+ years of experience in the Automotive industry
