Be the Voice of the Brand: Answer inbound calls and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

Solve Problems and Create Smiles: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with empathy, aiming for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
No previous experience required—this is an entry-level position, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed!
