A.T. Still University (ATSU) invites applications for a Senior Director of Online Admissions on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
The Senior Director for Online Admissions oversees the management and leads the ASHS online admissions process. This role requires experience with online admissions processes/marketing/team management and higher education Student Affairs expertise. The Senior Director plans and implements strategies and best practices to meet ASHS online recruitment and enrollment goals.
Major Job Duties:
Strategic Development - develop and implement a strategic plan for ASHS online admissions aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
Admissions Process Management - oversees the ASHS online admissions process, from lead generation to application submission to enrollment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Leadership - provide leadership and manage the team, providing guidance, training, evaluation, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
Collaboration - collaborate with program directors/faculty, Communications & Marketing, and other stakeholders to establish admissions criteria, processes and make informed decisions/recommendations for more significant outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Meets and exceeds enrollment goals.
Provides regular dashboards and reports.
Manages CRM system to the greatest efficiency and outcomes.
Guides team, providing training, motivation, and evaluation.
Participates in regular meetings with VP-SA, C&M, ASHS program leadership, and online admissions team.
Manages budget and expenditures.
Acts as Campus Security Authority and current on annual required employee education.
Supervisory Duties

Education
College plus postgraduate studies. (Master's or doctoral degree in education or higher preferred).
Online enrollment management.

Experience
5-10 years in
Managerial experience in online admissions.
Excellent leadership skills.
Understanding of the challenges of professional/graduate students.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage staff resources.

Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to make data-informed decisions.
Familiar with online education platforms, CRM software, and needs of graduate students.

Other Information
This position is salary based (no incentive pay). This is NOT a contract position.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
May need to work extended hours (responding to crisis, deadlines, event attendance).
May need to travel to professional meetings/trainings or to other ATSU campuses.
