Aerotek Service Technician in Merrillville, Indiana

Aerotek has an immediate opening in the Merrillville area

Our partner company located in Merrillville has an immediate opening for a Service Technician. This is a dual trades position and requires experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Required Experience:

· 3 - 5 years of experience of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

· Strong understanding of Motor Controls

· Experience troubleshooting and setting up VFDs

Overview:

Our client services various manufacturing companies within a 50-mile radius of Crown Point. Crane Technicians will spend their time traveling to various sites to do crane inspection, crane repair, and crane installation. Technicians will also upgrade existing crane systems at various sites.

Additional Information:

· Company Vehicle, Phone, and Gas Card

· Technicians are on the clock from the moment they leave their home until the moment they get home at the end of the day!

· Starting Pay between $28 - $35
