- Provide direct client care in home setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess client conditions reporting changes to the medical team
- Educate client and their families on healthcare plans and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Competent in basic life support techniques
- Ability to provide care for children, including toddlers
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities
- Create a warm, friendly environment where your clients feel comfortable
- You'll advocate for your clients at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day
- Develop personalized care plans for each client based on observation and expertise
- When emergency situations happen, you'll act quickly and calmly to initiate life-saving measures. This could happen with or without a physician present, and you have the confidence to act with your client's wellbeing in mind
- Handle medication for your clients and keep meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer

Have a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
