Job Summary
This position is in Meridian, Mississippi. Summary: Assist Manager with the daily operation of the Dietary Department to included aid with training staff, food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean up in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans, and appropriate regulations. Prepares food per census and cycle menu recipes and production sheets, as well as alacarte requests or as needed for special functions. Prepare food for Modified and Therapeutic Diets, including portioning and display of serving. Assist with utilization of menu software program. Coordinate and insure proper staffing. Follow company, local, state, federal guidelines for Food Handling and required methods of documentation.
