This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule based out of one of our following office locations: South Sioux City, NE, Arlington, TX, Boise, ID, Bloomington, IN or Knoxville, TN

Great West Casualty is looking for aSpecialty Risk Claims Supervisorto provide leadership and direction to designated adjusters working with our contract claims programs who deliver concierge claims services to participating insureds. This position provides the opportunity to recognize the needs of our insureds and train adjusters to influence and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel, advise, manage, develop and mentor a team of adjusters.
• Ensure adjusting staff operates in conformity with company guidelines and state insurance regulations.
• Problem solve claim related issues with insureds, adjusters, agents and other entities.
• Set performance standards/metrics and objectives in compliance with company direction.
• Ensure the operations of the Contract Claims program is conducted in such a way to promote our ability on a corporate level to attract and retain competent, affordable contracts.
• Develop educational opportunities and influential relationships with insured to promote best practices and outcomes for both the Company and the insured.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional related experience.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial auto/trucking claims handling.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
