Scentsy is looking for anImplementation Process Coordinatorto lead discussions on improving processes, and align people, process, and technology for effective and efficient achievement of Implementation team goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify inefficient processes and systems and coordinates cross-functional teams to influence the implementation of solutions

  • Develop, maintain, and centralize process documentation in a repository (knowledgebase)

  • Document processes and workflows with clear and detailed process maps and business requirements

  • Examine business processes holistically to understand the impact of change on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations

  • Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and stakeholders to identify and review core implementation processes and workflows

  • Test process changes in small scale, Proof of Concept (POC), projects and collate feedback

  • Support the transition of individuals, teams, and departments to improved processes

  • Support process adoption, organizational change management, and subsequent changes to process documentation

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure effective execution and consistent value delivery

  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Experience testing process flows and quality within systems preferred

  • Experience working in a rapidly changing business environment preferred

  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organization, work coordination, and follow through skills

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive projects to completion on time

  • Ability to create and maintain value stream workflows, swim-lane documentation, and process mapping a plus

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting with strong interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with technical and business aptitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prepare clear and concise documents

  • Working knowledge of computers and all applicable Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
