GENMET Shipping Truck Driver in MEQUON, Wisconsin

The Shipping Truck Driver is responsible for driving company vehicles to deliver products to customers and suppliers and must have a valid license and clean record. The Shipping Truck Driver is also responsible for the daily processing of information related to both the Shipping of finished and in-process product and the Receiving of raw materials and post subcontract product. The GenMet Shipping Team not only processes all incoming and outgoing materials, but also acts as ambassadors to customers and vendors. The Shipping Truck Driver maintains positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and models and supports our company culture and values. Duties and responsibilities. Models and promotes a culture of honesty, integrity, teamwork, responsibility, adaptability and continuous learning and improvement with the highest ethics. Support safety, organization and cleanliness. Safely drives the company vehicles (i.e. Straight Truck, Van, Pick-up, etc.) and represent GenMet at customers and suppliers. Perform Incoming Receiving: Complete tags, Receive material in JobBoss, transfer to Incoming Inspection Gather job materials (parts and hardware). Package and prepare materials for shipment, verify counts. Create Proof of Delivery Paperwork (bills of lading, etc.) Issue materials (i.e. Hardware) in JobBOSS at the time of shipment. Create Subcontract and Customer Packing Slips within JobBOSS Pull parts from Finished Goods and put parts into Finished Goods Enter JobBOSS Finished Goods transactions (Transfers in and out) Safely load and unload vehicles and move materials with a fork truck and pallet jack Complete delivery-related paperwork, such as Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery receipts Cycle count materials (Hardware, Finished Goods, and Raw Stock) as required. Support compliance with ISO9001, ITAR, OSHA, DNR, DOT and other applicable standards and Non-Disclosure Agreements Assist in Production and perform other duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (i.e. JobBOSS) and related systems to process orders, generate shipping paperwork and schedule pick-ups. Ability to operate a forklift and manual pallet jack. (GenMet will train as needed.) Extremely well organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to follow process and instructions. Effectively communicates internally and externally with customers and suppliers. Self-directed and resourceful Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
