We are looking for a motivated leader with a passion for member services to join our team. Primary Responsibilities Executive responsibility in all aspects of the office operations, community engagement, BSA, regulatory, compliance, and audit expectations Develops team members and office culture that executes an experience for our members that promotes our mission Owns the development and promotion of the credit union representation in respective communities including prominent roles in community or civic groups and decisioning sponsorships and donation requests Responsible for project management and involvement of strategic initiative items that include building business cases, oversight of committees, and completion of strategic plan items outside of normal office responsibilities as applicable Focus on new business development pertaining to all business lines Represent and testify on behalf of the credit union with legal/court related interactions Creates and executes strategic initiatives and corporate decision making Cultivates interdepartmental relationships and promotes internal teamwork delivering the top 10% experience to all members Maintains and fosters strong relationships with indirect dealer partners Manages the member\'s experience feedback with critical problem-solving skills to enhance the member\'s future relationship, maintaining expected net promoter metrics Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent years of experience 6-8 years of related work experience required 3 years of prior leadership experience preferred Excellent interpersonal communication skills Tactical planning abilities Exceptional leadership skills Why WESTconsin?
