JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oracle Technical Analyst - Supply Chain - 1699 Overview Summary - basic function of the role This position will work closely with both our US Supply Chain and Operations teams. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst would be responsible for a variety of operations and supply chain technical projects, Oracle and analytic tools application administration, coding/configuration, business analysis, and production support. This role will implement and provide support to our Oracle users and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and future needs for your stakeholders. They will serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional projects and upstream/downstream systems. Shift: Monday - Friday; 8 - 4:30 pm or 8:30 - 5:00 pm; flexible. Required to travel to our Enerpac - Columbus WI location at minimum 1 day/week. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Provide Oracle Applications 11i and/or R12 expertise to the user community and other IT colleagues in several of the following modules: MFG, INV, SCM, WIP, OM, and PO. * Assess and provide assistance to day-to-day functional issues, complete configuration changes and setups, and answer functional questions on the Oracle setup, configuration and workflow of processes that arise from the Oracle Applications user community. * Work with system users to translate business requirements into functional specifications, creating required documentation, conducting required system configurations, performing integration testing, and instructing users. * Research and analyze new software solutions whether it is for new Oracle modules or bolt-ons, and present such findings to the pertinent business and IT communities. * Create and maintain documentation related to delivering support to existing usage of applications or to proposing new alternatives or process changes. * Act as a key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, and IT staff both on a regional and global basis. Work Environment Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting but may also be visiting different manufacturing facilities where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office. Skills and Competencies * Demonstrated aptitude to effectively communicate and constructively engage with all organizational levels, including ability to build consensus and drive decision making. * Exhibit expert knowledge to one or more of the following financial and distribution, specifically the Oracle Manufacturing and Production, Supply Chain Management, Inventory, Forecast and Planning, Order Management and Purchasing modules.
