POSITION The Managed Accounts Onboarding Analyst provides oversight management to our Third-Party Vendor for single contract accounts and works directly with various internal parties to initiate, complete, approve and incept Dual Contract Accounts. They will review all new account documentation to ensure that we are properly servicing our accounts and use strategic thinking to identify potential issues that may cause delays to onboarding the account. Technical and Professional skills are needed for this dynamic work environment, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and gain visibility throughout the firm. The Managed Accounts Onboarding Analyst must be an operations contributor continuously striving for excellence, improving the client experience, gaining process efficiencies, and adding controls where needed.
