ENTRUST MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES Inside Sales Parts Specialist in MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Parts Specialist will provide technical solutions, product support, and inside sales assistance to contribute to the success of the Sales and Service Teams by generating and following up on quotation requests, order entries, and order shipments as well as identifying and promoting parts/kits and upgrades to existing customers as an additional revenue stream. The Parts Specialist will apply strong technical knowledge to provide creative and accurate solutions to customer\'s needs. This position will work autonomously, professionally present technical solutions, have outstanding communication skills, be a problem solver with a sense of urgency, and have the ability to work constructively with a variety of departments with a tactful, positive approach. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Identify and quote timely accurate parts and services to customers at times utilizing creativity to investigate and recommend alternative solutions through a clear understanding of technical issues and available options Accurately enter orders to ERP Use computer, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), and ERP system to retrieve/research customer part information, availability, and process orders for procurement/manufacture and shipment, advising the customer of status through frequent communication Effectively promote machine parts/kits/upgrades by analyzing customer\'s existing machinery, understanding technical information, and utilizing technical knowledge to identify potential needs Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues Develop strong professional customer relationships through solution-oriented communication and service Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in a technical area plus 2+ years demonstrated success in a pro-active technical sales role (industrial machinery sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven capability in identifying non-traditional solutions to technical issues utilizing analytical and problem-solving capability Fit UNISIG Core Values: Driven to perform; Solve problems, don\'t create them; Strong individual who values a team; Desire to find what\'s next; Committed to detail and consistency Must be a highly organized, professional communicator with a sense of urgency to solve customer issues Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and mechanical and electrical bills of materials as well as the ability to grasp basic technical aspects of machinery Excellent customer relationship-building skills with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively in a team environment Able to make sound business decisions Strong Windows-based knowledge Microsoft products, computer proficiency PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING...
