Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining plasma, CNC, and burn table machines that are assembled and wired. They will use a variety of tools, inspection tools, and prints to ensure everything is wired to safety and meets requirements. Previous maintenance experience is highly valuable. The role involves working closely with machine builders and electrical assemblers.
Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain plasma, CNC, and burn table machines.
Utilize various tools, inspection tools, and prints to ensure safety and compliance.
Work with machine builders and electrical assemblers to maintain equipment.
Perform electrical troubleshooting, including working with schematics and blueprints.
Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting

5+ years of CNC experience
Blueprint reading
PLC troubleshooting
Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous CNC maintenance experience is a plus

Work Environment
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm. The shop is quiet and conducive to focused work.
