POSITION Allspring is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with and support the Engineering and Technology organization. This role will assist in driving cross-functional initiatives to meet both short and long-term objectives for the Engineering & Technology strategy. The Business Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and help to align technology solutions with business needs, working effectively as part of a unified team to support the organization\'s objectives. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.
