Responsibilities:

• Handle Fund and GP ledgers, expenses, accruals, transactions, and allocations.

• Craft quarterly and yearly financial statements.

• Work with finance chiefs and external parties for audits and taxes.

• Monitor cash, manage capital calls, and handle distributions.

• Oversee Fund Admin's reports and answer queries from partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in fund accounting for venture capital or private equity.

• Accounting or related degree.

• Bonus: Experience in investment partnership accounting and tax.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setup.
