Responsibilities:

• Maintain Fund and GP general ledgers

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Ensure timely audit and tax filings

• Oversee cash management for funds

• Process capital calls, distributions, and investment records

• Review reporting packages from Fund Admin Accountants

• Serve as a contact for limited partner inquiries

Requirements

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience in VC or PE

• Experience in public accounting or fund administration

• Strong knowledge of investment partnership accounting

• Proficiency in Excel, AltaReturn or Microsoft NAV a plus

• Strong time management and attention to detail
