Summary:

Meta seeks a Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager to join the Global Partner Marketing team within Business Messaging Marketing. Meta Business Messaging is a fast-growing business, enabling 1 billion people to message businesses each week using WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative B2B environment and building from the ground up, this could be the role for you!The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of business messaging solutions built with our larger alliance partners. The role is for someone who has led marketing functions for large alliance partners before; both in strategic and execution roles. You will be required to build joint marketing strategy alongside key Strategic Alliance Partners from the ground up, in collaboration with Partnerships, Product, and go-to-market teams. This includes using data and insights to develop joint marketing goals, building tactics aligned to goals, and managing budgets.Central to the role will be the need for strong program management and the ability to execute flawlessly. This includes ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the strategy, communication is frequent and effective and resources are allocated effectively and optimized to meet business goals.

Required Skills:

Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities:

  1. Lead development of strategic alliance marketing strategy for Meta Business Messaging with a small group of large technology partners.

  2. Develop joint marketing plans to execute strategies, including tactics, goals, and measurement plans.

  3. Identify resources and budgets required for execution. Prioritize requests and ensure programs are measurable and measured.

  4. Lead execution of joint marketing plans including project management of campaigns, events, and activations.

  5. Work with internal, partner, and agency resources, and collaborate with cross-functional Meta and Alliance teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are integrated into overall business strategy.

  6. Identify and evaluate new partnership and marketing opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of work experience in leading B2B partner marketing programs in both strategic and tactical roles.

  2. Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with and through large B2B and SaaS partners.

  3. 5+ years experience in messaging and content development for B2B demand generation campaigns.

  4. 5+ years experience working with SaaS partner ecosystems.

  5. B2B campaign measurement and reporting experience.

  6. Experience working with international and regional marketing teams, both internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. AI/Generative AI experience.

  2. Cross-functional leadership and collaboration across a broad range of functions, including Product, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Insights, Decision Science, Sales, and external agencies.

  3. Copywriting experience and design experience across channels and asset types.

  4. Analytics experience to develop data-backed business cases.

  5. Experience with brand foundations such as brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and brand identity systems.

Public Compensation:

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
