Meta Product Security Engineer, Native in Menlo Park, California
Summary:
Meta's Product Security team is seeking a passionate hacker who derives purpose in life by revealing potential weaknesses and then crafting solutions to eliminate those weaknesses. Your skills will be the foundation of security initiatives that protect the security and privacy of over two billion people. You will be relied upon to provide engineering and product teams with the web, mobile, or native-code security expertise necessary to make confident product decisions. Required Skills:
Product Security Engineer, Native Responsibilities:
Provide security guidance on a constant stream of new products and technologies
Take a leadership role in driving internal security and privacy initiatives
Analyze, assess, and respond to various internet threats
Interact directly with the security community regarding mobile security vulnerabilities and threats
Conduct regular security assessments and specialized in mobile platform and application code
Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience reviewing C and C++. Knowledge of best practice secure code development
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of security architecture principles, least privilege
Experience ensuring security and privacy on the internet

Contributions to the security community (public research, blogging, presentations, bug bounty, etc.)
Experience leveraging or developing mitigations
Experience with static analysis and fuzzing
Knowledge of exploitation techniques, reverse engineering, or CTF experience
Demonstrated knowledge of iOS or Android security model
Knowledge of memory safe programming languages: Rust, Obj-C , Java/Kotlin
Public Compensation:
$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
