Meta Product Manager, Enterprise in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead supply chain products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and product management, with experience in developing and launching new products and features. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. This role offers significant opportunities to deliver a large impact on strategic priorities for Meta; including building out the AI infrastructure network and playing a critical role in Reality Labs devices supply chain, helping bring the next generation of computing platforms to customers.

Required Skills:

Product Manager, Enterprise Responsibilities:

  1. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  2. Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.

  3. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

  4. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

  5. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.

  6. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.

  7. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.

  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  9. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

  10. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years product management or related industry experience.

  2. 5+ years of experience working on a supply chain product or in a supply chain operations function.

  3. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

  4. Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.

  5. Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.

  6. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  7. Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.

  8. Requirements gathering across diverse areas and users, and experience and developing them into a product solution.

  9. Leadership, organizational and execution skills.

  10. Experience to influence and drive alignment with senior Leadership and Business Stakeholders.

  11. Proven experience to communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively using data.

  1. Experience working on B2B or products with Internal Users.

  2. Experience using or deploying prominent industry standard supply chain software.

  3. Experience leading build/buy decisions and leveraging bought 3P tools as part of the product suite.

Public Compensation:

$171,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
