Summary:

The Infrastructure Account Team supports the annual multi-billion-dollar growth of Meta’s Infrastructure investment in data center construction globally. The candidate must be a highly driven, high energy, focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels.

Required Skills:

Infrastructure Accounting Manager – Data Center Construction Responsibilities:

1. Support business initiatives as the accounting POC for Data Center Equipment procurement and supply chain.

2. Understand how systems work to drive improvements and automation. Be a team lead to implement IT solutions in the subject areas. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts and drive critical system projects.

3. Manage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls.

4. Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing business initiatives in order to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare accounting memos and update accounting policies in the subject areas.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to enable process changes.

6. Work closely with financial planning and other finance teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and internal policies through effective communications and execution.

7. Manage some of our key SOX controls as well as providing input for audits performed by business partners, internal auditors, and external auditors.

8. 7+ years of experience in financial statements auditing, financial accounting, or a similar field.

9. BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting experience.

10. Effective team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in different locations.

11. Technical and operational Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

12. Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes.

13. Experience in system implementation to support fast growing business.

15. Big 4 audit experience and CPA.

Public Compensation:

$113,000/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
