Meta Director HR, Sales & Partnerships in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking an HR Director to support our Sales & Partnerships organization. The role will partner directly with our Global Business Group leadership as well as the Operations and Business Engineering pillar organizations within Meta. The ideal candidate will be expected to drive hands-on and strategic level impact to cultivate an amazing and innovative Meta culture, as well as bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a large and distributed organization. The ideal candidate will operate as a member of Meta’s HR leadership team. This is a full-time role.

Required Skills:

Director HR, Sales & Partnerships Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strong organizational leadership for the People function and HRBP team

  2. Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization design, talent management, change management and team building

  3. Lead and scale a team of HRBPs supporting product groups and functions across the organization

  4. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to members of the organization

  5. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  6. Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  7. Inspire, partner, and remove barriers with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

  8. Demonstrates empathy and ability to lead across diversity & inclusion strategies

  9. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

  10. Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

  11. Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the People team and enable the organization to perform effectively together

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  2. Demonstrated mastery of cross-functional HR functions and experience influencing and strategically solve complex problems

  3. Demonstrated experience scaling support across a large and growing global organization

  4. Experience managing large team of seasoned HR Business Partners

  5. Experience working with product development teams, as well as large software engineering populations

  6. Demonstrated solid judgment experience assessing risk relative to the business

  7. Demonstrated learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

  8. Proven experience leading complex, transformational changes

  9. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  10. Experience leading across global and/or matrixed organizations to scale

  11. Demonstrated experience influencing and strategically solve problems

  12. Expert consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

  13. Experience supporting teams with disparate functional teams

Public Compensation:

$227,000/year to $292,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
