Description We are extending an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Menlo Park, California. The role primarily involves keying in data, managing customer communication, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of records. This short term contract role will be carried out in a workplace that values precision, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage data entry tasks using 10 Key Skills and Microsoft Excel

• Handle customer interactions and provide high-quality customer service

• Manage email correspondence to ensure timely responses and resolutions

• Utilize Microsoft Word to create and edit documents as required

• Organize files and records to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record keeping

• Perform calculations as part of data entry duties

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents

• Typing duties to facilitate data entry and communication tasks

• Provide Call Center Customer Service, handling customer inquiries and issues effectively. Requirements

• MUST SPEAK FRENCH

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in a call center or customer service role

• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with organizing files and scanning documents

• Data Entry Skills

• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer service interactions
