Required Skills:

Business Operations Manager - Ads Responsibilities:

  1. Drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles.

  2. This includes long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasts.

  3. Maintain and create core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities.

  4. Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of the company’s ads business model.

  5. Demonstrate the ability to create and socialize narratives and influence outcomes and decisions.

  6. Improve processes and coordinate deliverables across many teams within the Finance department.

  7. Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across data science and product teams.

  8. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.

  9. Understand and explain revenue trends, contribute to the company's rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, and craft annual and long range plans.

  10. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, and outputs, while managing the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.

  11. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, and share trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field followed by five years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Business-related occupation. Position requires 60 months of experience in the following:

  2. Leading large-scale cross-functional projects and managing multiple projects with internal staff and other stakeholders

  3. Analyzing large data sets in order to provide business insights and communicate business recommendations

  4. Evaluating existing and new business opportunities by building models that project key financial metrics such as revenue growth

  5. Creating deliverables for executives and other senior audiences that communicate quantitative and qualitative insights

  6. Working in partnership with cross-functional teams to create and socialize narratives, influence outcomes, and facilitate strategic decisions

  7. Identifying, creating, and executing processes and frameworks that create efficiency and improve operational metrics.

Public Compensation:

$200,000/year to $216,260/year + bonus + equity + benefits
