Required Skills:

Application Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the functional and technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal technical teams to provide guidance on activities that will impact supply chain.

  2. Define, instrument, and track relevant product goals and success metrics to continually measure and uphold high quality solutions.

  3. Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams on new business and process optimization needs.

  4. Quantify business impact of various work streams and aligning multiple stakeholders on a common product roadmap.

  5. Lead architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions.

  6. Lead end-to-end implementation milestones & workshops like Discovery, design, Conference room pilot, System integration testing, User acceptance testing, cut-over and hyper-care.

  7. Work with Oracle product management to resolve product gaps and shape future roadmap to align with Meta requirements.

  8. Review product changes quarterly and analyze & absorb any impact to the existing solution.

  9. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 60 months of work experience in job offered or in a quantitative-related occupation. Experience must include 60 months of experience in the following:

  2. Defining and delivering complex supply chain strategies, roadmaps, and solutions

  3. Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable supply chain planning solutions using key metrics like On-Time delivery, forecast accuracy that drive key decisions

  4. Producing written recommendations like functional specifications, MD50 docs and insights to help shape solution design

  5. Configuring Oracle fusion planning system & product data hub to create supply/demand plans, planning parameters, item/bom setups & all other key setups

  6. Modeling different planning strategies like Make to Stock, make to order, and assemble to Order in supply chain systems

  7. Designing end to end solution for PTO(Pick To Order), CTO(Configure-to-order) & Standard planning BOM in Demand, supply planning & Global order promising

  8. Constrained planning for modeling resource, supplier capacity & substitute constraints in Oracle fusion application

  9. Multiple full-cycle implementations covering Discover, Design, Testing, Training, cut over, launch and providing post launch support of Oracle or E2Open supply chain system

  10. Designing & building extensions using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, OTBI Dashboards, SOAP/REST Webservices, or PaaS etc.

  11. Integrating Fusion Planning, GOP & Backlog management with legacy supply chain systems using REST services and middleware like OIC

  12. Designing & building custom data collection processes and with Oracle FBDi templates for all the key entities

  13. Oracle planning data model and designing & building both prescriptive & descriptive supply chain reports using Oracle OTBI, BIP platforms

  14. Working with Oracle SQL, Pl/SQL, Data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) design, implementation, and maintenance on a large scale

  15. Certification in one of the modules of Oracle fusion application: Oracle Product Data Hub or Oracle Fusion Supply/Demand Planning.

Public Compensation:

$215,007/year to $225,390/year + bonus + equity + benefits
