Job Title: Solar Site Installation Supervisor

Job Description

We are a commercial solar company based in Minnesota, specializing in 40kw-5mw projects. Most of our projects involve rooftop installations, with some ground work projects and a mix of both. Currently, we have 8+ projects lined up across Minnesota, primarily in Southern MN, with a couple in Brainerd and Baxter. We are seeking a Solar Site Installation Supervisor to set up job sites and lead our teams to meet project deadlines.

Hard Skills

• Conducting Site Assessments

• Taking quality pictures of installation areas

• Taking site measurements

• Filling out checklists

• Verifying material quantities on site

• Preparing site reports

• Scheduling manpower for the site

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This position involves working on various sites across Minnesota, including Southern MN, Brainerd, and Baxter. The work will be a mix of rooftop and ground installations, requiring travel and on-site supervision.
