Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage both passive and active candidates for critical technical roles,including robotics engineers,software developers,and systems engineers. Employ advanced sourcing strategies such as Boolean search and leverage platforms like LinkedIn,GitHub,and Stack Overflow to build a diverse,high-quality talent pipeline.
Candidate Engagement:
Create personalized outreach messages and serve as a brand ambassador,effectively communicating our vision,values,and innovative projects. Cultivate lasting relationships with top talent to ensure ongoing engagement and interest.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the specific technical requirements for each role. Contribute to the development of tailored sourcing strategies,offer insights on market trends,and actively participate in sourcing meetings to align efforts with hiring needs.
Technical Screening Support:
Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates expertise and cultural fit.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Track and analyze key sourcing metrics such as pipeline conversion rates and candidate response rates. Leverage data insights to continually refine sourcing strategies and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
Share best practices with team members and actively contribute to ongoing improvements in sourcing processes,ensuring the team remains agile,efficient,and innovative in its approach.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,Business,Computer Science,or a rela ted field,or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
3 5 years of proven success in technical sourcing,specifically for engineering,software development,or robotics roles.
Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g.,Python,C++,Java) and tools such as Git and Jira. Knowledge of robotics or autonomous systems is a significant plus.
Tools Proficiency:
Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse,LinkedIn Recruiter,and sourcing tools such as Hiretual or SeekOut.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,with strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in scaling technical teams within high-growth environments (preferred).
Relevant certifications in sourcing,such as LinkedIn Certified Professional or equivalent credentials (preferred).
Pay
Salary | $51k -$61k | Competitive pay based on experience
