Job Title: Part-Time Operations ClerkJob Description
The Part-time Operations/Office Clerk will provide crucial in-office support to our Member Experience or Facilities department management and staff. This role involves organizing, coordinating, communicating, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail for assigned departments. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist other departments, provide backup for the Receptionist, and engage in special projects. Responsibilities also include applying organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, maintaining and updating filing systems, ordering special supplies, coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, and processing various forms.

Work Environment
This position is based in our office, requiring presence Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The starting pay for this role is $18.50 per hour.
