Baptist Memorial System Director-Clinical Pharmacy in Memphis, Tennessee
Summary
This System Director position will be responsible for formulary management and utilization review across the enterprise. This includes facilitation System P&T and developed an annual plan for acute care drug utilization improvements. Additionally, there will be elements of leading system medication safety work.
Responsibilities
facilitate System P&T
seek out physician champions on key initiatives
review evidenced based guidelines, find and implement cost containment strategies
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
pharmacy degree. Preferred: completion of PGY1 and PGY2
Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy leadership experience
Knowledge of corporate infrastructure and the importance of consensus building
Experience with physician relations
and formulary management
