Insight Global Quality Improvement Coordinator in Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description

One of our large clients is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator for their home health / hospice department. This role requires but is not limited to the following -

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Documentation Review/Audits

Facilitate performance improvement projects

Aggregate Data and create monthly dashboards

Patient Safety program related tasks

Assist with policy review, editing and education

Facilitate existing quality program components

Facilitate annual regulatory readiness plan for FY25 to ensure Agency remains compliant with CHAP accreditation requirements

Assist with infection prevention program responsibilities

Skills and Requirements

BSN degree

RN Licensure (active)

3+ years of professional experience Experience working in Home Health/Hospice and Pediatric experience preferred

Previous Quality Improvement experience null
