Cordova Safety Products, a division of Bunzl, is currently seeking a Purchasing Clerk to provide overall administrative support to the Purchasing team. This position will process international shipment documentation and communicate directly with international and domestic vendors.

Enter and check purchase orders
Track shipping containers and prioritize dates
Inspection of incoming products
Organize and maintain general office files
Enter data into system effectively and accurately
Assist office with general office support tasks and provide overall administrative support
High school diploma or equivalent
10-key and data entry skills
Prioritize important tasks and follow up effectively
Strong work ethic
Superior communication skills - written and verbal
Detail-orientated and organized with the ability to work independently to meet demanding deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent math aptitude
Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
