Aerotek Night General Labor in Memphis, Tennessee


Night shift is 4pm-3am or 3pm-10:30pm (depends on the department)

These general labor candidates will be called "Processors". They will be responsible for multiple job duties but they will mainly be helping out at machine operators centers. They will NOT be operating any machinery but will assist machine operators with loading product, unloading product, cleaning and when they roll perm, they would like to train them to be machine operators eventually and hire upwards from within. They will help operators remove skeletons from machine. They will also help with some simple assembly and putting parts together that are being shipped.

Day 1 General Labor: May help with simple assembly, putting parts together that are being shipped. Day 1: read tape measure, Taking parts off of the machine with help from machine operator. They will help operators remove skeletons from machine. They will be doing lifting to move materials but anything over 50 lbs. is a team lift. Help package, label material. They will also be responsible for finished goods and scrap. If they are not doing this they help clean or sweep throughout the warehouse.
