We are seeking a highly motivated, quick learner to support a client in the construction industry from a customer service and parts management perspective. In this position, experience with a help ticketing software program is essential to enhance communication with the sales team and customers, submit and track the progress of help tickets and be the liaison for customers, sales people and vendors. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, and support the organization with industry and parts knowledge, communicating and meeting with industry professionals daily.

salary: $24 - $28 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Develop SOPs to improve communication and interaction between the sales team and customers

  • Learn and use help ticket software to log calls, track customer service progress, monitor response times, and enhance customer experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact at office location for sales team, customers and vendors by portraying product and industry knowledge

  • Evaluate customer data, create reports, and monitor metrics to improve response efficiency and analyze trends

  • Handle a multi-line phone system, directing calls and messages professionally
