Baptist Memorial Analyst-Business Applications Senior - HS IS Application Services Corporate in Memphis, Tennessee
Summary
Define organization's automated system requirements by analyzing business structure, policies, and operations. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements. Research and recommend systems solutions that enable an organization to achieve business goals. Conduct business needs assessments and cost/benefit analyses to assist in aligning business initiatives with automated systems solutions. Use development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training. Work with internal departments or with external clients. Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provides daily and ongoing support to corporate-wide BTS related initiatives and projects.
Implements new projects used in corporate-wide BTS related initiatives.
Evaluates/Analyzes Business/Technology/Application.
Completes assigned goals.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Experience
Preferred: Nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum: Minimum of six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)
