Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Memphis, Tennessee

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Healthcare industry based in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to provide administrative support to our team, coordinate various tasks and maintain efficient operational flow. Your duties will revolve around assisting the talent acquisition team, working in Excel spreadsheets, coordinating travel arrangements, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to create and manage spreadsheets and contact lists.

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and candidates as required.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of onsite candidate interviews.

• Handle the shipment of materials to conferences and other events.

• Utilize your skills in data entry to ensure all information is correctly inputted and managed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a client-facing role

• Ability to answer inbound calls and manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail

• Experience with email correspondence and ability to communicate professionally and effectively via email

• Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Experience in coordinating and booking travel arrangements

• Ability to work with spreadsheets, inputting and interpreting data

• Prior experience in an administrative role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
