Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Commercial Collections

Manages the accounts receivable process with a focus on commercial collections, ensuring timely payment from B2B clients. Communicates with customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiates payment plans, and escalates issues as needed. Monitors aging reports, applies payments, and reconciles accounts to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborates with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and improve collection efficiency. Requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience with accounting software.
