Job Details Position Summary: As a dynamic System Analyst specializing in QA and Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of Catholic Health applications. Your responsibilities span comprehensive test management, technology change management oversight, and proactive engagement in quality assurance processes and governance. This role involves the understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) workflows (clinical and revenue cycle), healthcare technology, ITIL framework, and Test Management, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement in healthcare systems. Duties/Responsibilities: Test Management: Develop and execute robust test strategies and plans for EMR system upgrades, new software implementations, and process changes. Lead coordination efforts for Functional, Integration, Regression, and Smoke testing, ensuring thorough script review and execution sessions. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, to guarantee comprehensive test coverage. Assist in development, management and training of the Test Management tool as per the best practices Actively support EMR analysts in understanding testing needs and validating workflows. Change Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehensively understand the scope and impact of proposed changes. Host and lead weekly CAB Meetings, assessing the readiness of changes and actively engaging in IT Service Management Enhancements. Review reports, address Non-Compliance issues, and craft insightful Change Reports and Dashboards for enhanced visibility. Develop and deliver training programs aimed at ensuring IT professionals' proficiency in internal processes and ITIL best practices. Quality Assurance: Provide ongoing support post-implementation to identify and address any arising issues. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve system-related issues promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare systems and processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in workflows. Perform Change Management audits and assist with external audits. Governance and Communication: Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation around Test and Change Management Ensure that documentation adheres to organizational standards. Produce clear and concise training materials for the system users. Communicate effectively with IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of changes and their impact. Provide regular updates on testing progress, identifying and escalating issues as necessary. Foster a positive and collaborative environment to facilitate successful change adoption. Minimum Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, or a related field. Preferred advanced degree in project management (PMP or MBA), and/or Health Administration (MHA) 3-5 years of experience with electronic health record (EHR) and ancillary systems, and clinical knowledge and experience that will enable the self-confidence to carry out responsibilities and interaction with EMR Analyst 3-5 years of experience working in a healthcare technology setting. 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and IT Change management. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and measure the impact of change. Proficient in using QA and IT System Management tools (i.e., Tricentis qTest, ALM) Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring the highest quality of services. Strong problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and self-motivated, energetic with strong desire to learn. Salary Range USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
