We are looking for a skilled Shipping and Receiving Clerk to handle the shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely manner and that our inventory is properly managed.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments using UPS WORLDSHIP OR FEDEX/DHL, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.

• Record all incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory management system, including tracking serial numbers and lot codes as applicable.

• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packing slips for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.

• Package and label products for shipment according to shipping guidelines and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries, and track shipment statuses as needed.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.
