Lead off-Shore and on-Shore RPA teams in technical design, development, & maintenance of RPA applications. Lead collaboration btwn business and technical SMEs to define RPA & IPA automations, business rules, and exceptions handlings. Lead analysis of process automation reqs and design robotic process automation solutions. Lead development of comprehensive test suite for each process. Collaborate with CBO/analysts teams to perform regular Health Checks’ on Production bots/processes to identify current process gaps. Identify areas of improvement across the or using various analytical tools and techniques. Frequently develop project delivery schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and ensure product operations. Minimum 2 days in office (onsite), work outside of NY will permitted upon approval. Travel may be required (within and outside of NY). Salary: $155,000 - $155,000 Reqs: bachelor's deg. in Computer Applications, Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 yrs experience as an IT Project Manager in Software Development.
