Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring top-notch safety, quality, and efficiency in our production processes? We are seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to drive excellence in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold employee safety, product quality, and asset efficiency.

  • Collaborate proactively with various teams to align with company objectives.

  • Oversee manufacturing KPIs to optimize customer service and efficiency.

  • Implement continuous line controls and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company guidelines.

  • Adhere to manufacturing plans and meet performance metrics.

  • Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, and training.

  • Establish production schedules and monitor product quality and quantity.

  • Lead production staff in waste control and develop inventory techniques.

  • Manage customer service activities and address critical complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and production cost control.

  • Familiarity with auditing schemes such as GFSI - BRC / SQF-Safe Quality Food.

Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor's primary responsibility is to uphold employee safety, product quality, and asset efficiency while ensuring timely completion of the shift/line/area production plan. This involves proactive collaboration with various groups within Crescent Foods to maintain alignment and support company objectives. Additionally, the Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing key performance indicators to optimize customer service and efficiency.

Tasks also include implementing continuous line controls, taking immediate corrective action to maintain quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. They direct and coordinate plant operations within company guidelines, enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and validate processes to maintain consistent production quality.

Accountability lies in adhering to manufacturing plans, meeting performance metrics, and achieving productivity and financial targets. The Production Supervisor provides leadership through effective communication, coaching, and training, while also establishing production schedules and monitoring product quality and quantity according to customer orders.
