Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained. Manage production schedules and workflows to meet demand while optimizing resources. Inspire and guide a team of production personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous enhancement. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure ample supply of raw materials. Establish and uphold quality control protocols to maintain product excellence. Address production challenges promptly and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics for seamless operations. Requirements:
Prior experience in production management, preferably within the poultry food sector. leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Sound grasp of production processes and quality assurance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
