Responsibilities

• Set up packaging machinery before production runs, including adjusting settings and installing necessary tools.

• Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely during production runs, monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments as needed.

• Conduct regular quality inspections of the output to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues as they arise.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance technicians.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the packaging process.
