Looking to use your leadership and maintenance skills in a new setting? We are looking for a Senior maintenance manager to build and drive a high-performance team to effectively deliver results. You will be responsible for all areas related to maintenance including budgeting, staffing, training, program creation, site safety etc. Apply now for immediate consideration. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and ensure open communication.

• Collaborate with HR for talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment.

• Continuously assess and optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, including FDA and cGMP.

• Deliver high levels of Maintenance Schedule Compliance and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.

• Collaborate with engineering to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and modifications.

• Revise maintenance policies and SOPs as needed and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into operational schedules.
