Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

• Experience operating pharmaceutical machines is required.

• Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.

salary: $32,000 - $40,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or disassemble machines, parts, containers, and mixers following SOPs after completion of coating operations.

• Maintain cleanliness of Manufacturing Room after product runs as per SOPs.

• Set up machines according to specifications.

• Inspect machines for wear and tear, report any issues to Production Supervisor or Manager.

• Make necessary adjustments to machines during operations.

• Document machine set up, cleaning procedures, and other required paperwork.

• Monitor machines visually to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Perform additional tasks related to manufacturing operations as assigned.

• Adhere to company policies, cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and Standard Operating Procedures.
