We are on the lookout for a Flex Machine Operator to join our team! If you have a knack for operating flexographic printing machines and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be hands-on with setting up and adjusting our machines, checking the quality of our prints, and keeping everything in top shape.

salary: $41,600 - $70,720 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing and folding machines, including adjusting settings for various substrates and job specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation and quality output.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect printed materials for defects, color accuracy, and overall quality.

• Perform regular quality checks and adjustments to maintain high production standards.

• Maintenance:

• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the flexo folder machines.

• Report major mechanical issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution.

• Production Management:

• Load substrates and inks onto the machines according to job requirements.

• Track production metrics and complete necessary documentation.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the production team and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and address any production issues.
