As a Fish Cutter, you'll play a vital role in our operation, ensuring that only the freshest and highest-quality fish make it to our customers' plates. Your precision cutting skills will be essential for delivering an exceptional dining experience and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly fillet and prepare a variety of fish to meet specifications

• Use precise cutting techniques to minimize waste and maximize yield

• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold cleanliness standards

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and exceed customer expectations

• Provide input for process improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Qualifications:

• Passion for seafood and attention to detail

• Previous experience in fish cutting or a related field is preferred
