"Our client, a Manufacturing / Retail company for retail luxury cosmetic brands, is currently seeking a Digital Print Specialist to join their team Fulltime!This position is onsite 5 days per week in Melville, Long Island. Your hours will be 8:30-5:30PM.Digital Print Specialist Responsibilities:- Prepare files for printing and manipulate files as necessary to meet printing requirements- Operate printing equipment, including digital printers such as Canon, Swiss Q, and Mimaki- Print on various materials, including paper, cardboard, and vinyl, ensuring optimal print quality- Understand color matching processes and ensure accurate color reproduction in printed materials- Set up printing jobs and ensure proper alignment and registration of printed materials- Utilize Adobe software to create and edit graphics, layouts, and other design elements- Interface with clients to discuss printing options, quantities, and specifications- Print varying quantities ranging from one to several hundred copies- Present different printing and cutting options to the General Manager for approval- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technologyDigital Print Specialist Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years experience in a prepress or print production role- Excellent Project Management skills- Client facing experience is a plus!- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).- Experience operating digital printers, preferably Canon, swissQ, and Mimaki- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality prints- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Nice to have - Familiarity with Zund paper cutting machine- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and printing processes 401(k) with 3% match Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Yearly discretionary bonusSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Marisa.Winckowski@jobalert.creativecircle.comCreative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
