A Manufacturing Company in Melville, NY is hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join their Domestic Logistics Department. We are seeking someone with experience in Customer Service or Account Management looking for the next step in their career. In this role, you will be answering incoming calls and emails from customers to update them on product shipments. The ideal candidate is an upbeat and organized individual who is able to learn quickly and utilize different softwares. salary: $25 - $27 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently.

  • Order Entry & Logistics: Manage the order entry process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with logistics teams to oversee the smooth delivery of products.

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional assistance.

  • Account Management: Monitor and update customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Shipment Updates: Provide customers with regular updates on shipment statuses, addressing any issues that arise.

  • Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews on Wednesdays and Thursdays, providing status updates and follow-ups to candidates.
