We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing our ADP Workforce Now (WFN) system, ensuring its alignment with company HR policies, and maintaining data integrity across all HR functions.
Position Overview: The HRIS Manager will be the primary expert for ADP Workforce Now (WFN), responsible for implementing, designing, supporting, and maintaining the system, as well as all other responsibilities deemed necessary.
Core Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee and maintain the internal HRIS systems, including database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
Data Integrity: Manage internal database files, tables, codes, backups, integrity, and security to ensure data accuracy and protection.
Software Updates: Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications to meet evolving business and technological needs.
Customization: Update validation tables, workflows, and customize ADP WFN to align with company needs.
Module Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of ADP-WFN modules (benefits, attendance, HR, payroll, training, recruiting) to ensure efficient data flow.
Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting, guidance, and support to HR employees, and create training documents for ADP WFN.
Process Management: Ensure the system's process flow adheres to best practices for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management is preferred.
At least five years of experience in ADP management or a related field.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
