In this role, you will lead function of Test of & Commissioning for the Rail Infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand and provide technical and managerial leadership in Testing & Commissioning function.
You will:
Be responsible as overall technical authority in Test & Commissioning and lead and mentor your team and ensure that there are adequate competent resources to meet the forecast project demands.
Develop and execute comprehensive test and commissioning plans for rail signalling projects.
Develop detailed test strategies and plans based on project requirements and industry standards.
Act as the interface for to Project Management, Engineering, Bid, technical interface partners, customer, and other key stakeholders as necessary.
Be a central point of contact for all Testing & Commissioning related matters.
Manage the competency of your team and guide them to achieve the required competencies while maintaining a balance between delivery, competency growth and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices during
Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.
You are an experienced Test and Commissioning leader with validated experience of leading the team of T&C personnel in delivery of Rail Systems projects.
You are experienced in rail signalling systems such as CBTC and ETCS.
